I was lucky enough to get one yesterday. It is quite apparent that they are extremely rare. There are only 4 available in JP shops, all for 20+ million. I had to spend 16 million in spicia and meteoric metal before I finally got mine.

I got one =D (it's a trophy though, I'm never gonna use it or sell/trade it. Whenever I think my luck sucks I'll look at it and realize I can find anything!)
