It would be, but odds are it's not going to happen. To Sonic Team PSO is no longer profitable, so they aren't going to put in the effort to make a new PSO. I personally think it would be great.

 Back on topic: Yeah it would be pretty easy to make, and I can easily see friend codes coming into play. And it would be a great idea for them to pick up on, but ST is not going to do it.
