I'd say about 25-30. Due to the fact that most of the economy is female characters.(Traps, traps, everywhere ;p ) So Kan isn't too sought out for. :/ I'd buy it, but lightning is the one of the two elements I do have high kans of lol. But thats just my opinion. I bought a 42% Light for 20m. But, I would had went higher.

Yea, I agree. I've seen a few 42% go for around 22mil and thought that was a pretty fair price. Although with the release of fighmaster, I'd expect the price to rise.

20-25mil just now at max, once Fighmaster is released I'm expecting the higher area of 30-40mil. It could have been more, but Kan Yu is male only and there are lots of female characters around.
