Hi, got a question about some ????Arms I've found. Are these the arms I need to take to Dr. montague for him to use? If so, what are the requirements on offline quests being completed? All of em in Normal, Hard, and Very Hard or what?

????Arms are not the items you need to take to the Dr. They are just an upgraded shotgun. Sorry.
