Could anybody provide a detailed explanation of the PAs in this game? I was looking at this About.com article, and it mentions PA fragments and Ultimate PAs. Are these skills from PSU available in PSP? If so, where exactly do I find out more about these? I'm a PSO veteran, not a PSU vet, so this game is completely foreign to me (let alone not being able to read anything :P).
