If you get a higher technique level does it shoot/cast faster? For example,my force has Foie lv 13 and it shoots WAY faster than what it used to be. Is this true or is it just my imagination? Also, does other higher technique levels shoot faster as well? Man,I'm confused -_-'

Not only do they cast and move faster, but they also get better range. Rifle-range Foie, Zonde, and Barta can be quite useful.

Heh,that's a relief. I thought I was losing it Yeah,I've noticed that foie seems to go farther now. With the technique casting speed increasing in mind, does this mean Grants will go faster so you can cast and run? I don't have enough time to run out of the way when I do Grants

Grants stay pretty slow you have to just get used to the timing on it's casting to stay out of range i would a good 5 steps ahead of the enemy would be minimal range to avoid getting hit but in ult thats easier said then done
