PSU "additional update" info revealed! (追加アップデート)

Courtesy of Shougai PSO from the latest issue of Dengeki PlayStation, here are the first details on the "additional update" coming to PSU!

Basic foundation
* The method of release for this update has not been confirmed, but will be in a later issue of Dengeki PlayStation.
* Currently, it is undecided if this will or will not be considered an expansion.
* There will not be any modifications as drastic as what was changed between PSU and AOTI.
* New gameplay mechanisms will be added to make the game more enjoyable.
* These additions will mainly be in the battle system.

Battle system
* Phantasy Star 0's evasive actions will not be added (sorry).

New items
* The plan is to add as many new weapons from PSP as possible.
* Collaborative items are also planned. For example, weapons from other SEGA titles.

Nice to see they're gonna add a bunch of new weapons to the game.
One or two weapons for each weapon type and rarity is a bit meh ; everything is looking so boringly common, compared to PSO v.2 where you add a ton of rare weapons with every unique design to find.

But well, I know it isn't PSO and... I've seen far much worse in terms of weapon variety in many MMO games.

Go look at the item database for the PSP weapons. They all look amazing. Way better than what we have now.

I dont know if u guys noticed but alot of the weapons psp is getting is from PSO.....just thought i should throw that out there
