..from having their stuff stolen during the more recent incident?
Just asking because its been a while since I have submitted a ticket about having an item stolen from one of my shops (38% dark serafi-senba), and so far i have had heard nothing back from sega I know others who have had lots more stuff than me stolen away from them, just wondering if sega has dealt with, or dealing with it. lv150 Magenta Fight Master 20 / Fortefighter 20 / Fight Gunner 10 / |

Last I heard, they were going to finish the first incident before working on the second incident. Though they could be working on them together.

on the compensation back in the last years, it took them about 2 months to return, so I wouldn't expect it to be anytime soon.
