I was curious about the best place to get a Syncesta.My Greennill has been in the Ultimate Caves alot and hasn't found one yet

if i ever really wanted to get a Syncesta, i'd make an Oran and go for Torrs, though with my luck the way it is, i'd still have to fight more than 22 Torrs to get it.

1/22 = less than 5%. I'd be more specific, but don't feel like being so. At least it's better than some of the other weapons out there (I'm looking at you you bloody Tollaws....). Seriously though, if you honestly think that a 1/22 chance is horrible... Try hunting this:

Yellowboze 1975 Agito
Ultimate Forest
Tollaw drop: 1/28808

You know, just for laughs, I'm gonna give you a more accurate percentage rate of finding these two items, just for a laughable comparison (I thought I said I was too lazy to do this.... Hmm....).

Oran Syncesta (4.54%)
Ultimate Forest
Hildetorr drop: 1/22

Yellowboze 1975 Agito (0.0034%)
Ultimate Forest
Tollaw drop: 1/28808

Now, for the Hildetorr chance: 1/512 = 0.19%
For those of you who play DC/PC: 1/1024 = 0.097%

I'm assuming you're talking about PSOBB, and on "the" private server to boot.

If you are, don't even bother looking at the rates PSOW has up. "The" private server has readjusted them to be more fair, but didn't specify which values were changed to what. I'm pretty sure the actual what drops from what have, for the most part, barring Episode 4, have remained the same.

So just go with whichever area is your favorite.
Besides, you really shouldn't take those numbers at face value anyways. =/
