Question Guardian licence - 07-18-2009, 01:29 AM

Hiya

Okay so my main problem is that i cannot purchase a Guardian licence.

I have recently thought about playing PSU again after being away for a year and decided to get back online but thats where the problem begins...

As i go ahead and make my purchase it comes up with a message saying "Cannot connect to xbox live market place please check back later Status Code : 80150101"

Now i have tried to phone up MS support but didnt get any luck with the person i spoke to over the phone, basically all he had to say is theres something wrong with the market place and it will get fixed soon. Now after doing a bit of research i found out there where other people who had similar if not the same problem as i had and its been going on for weeks if not months.

My credit card details are up to date and are all correct, so i would like to know if there is a way to fix this little issue or if anyone has experianced this and knows any tips on how to deal with it. I would be very grateful if someone can help me.

It's a common problem, I had it as well. Just try going back to the dashboard, and trying again. You'll get through eventually.

Oh okay

Well thank you very much, i didnt really find out much about my problem so i was clueless on what to think or even what to do.

I guess ill have to keep trying till i get somwhere. But i did find out that someone i used to play with online only got back recently and had my problem, dunno if he had the same error code as me but he could not buy one either and only managed to get one about 2 weeks ago after trying and trying.

So yup ill just have to do the same

I guess if this still continues after some time ill just put up my findings and see if i got anywhere
