Question about rare items. -

so i heard that certain items can stop rare drops. if anyone knows i can really use a link to a list of some sort or if you can just post a list that would be great.
i think i unintentionally stopped myself from getting the items i want/need.  |

Certain cheats, yes. The 2nd post is a bit better at clarifying.
