I finally figured out why I couldn't unlock SH mode. -

I only have 14 missions unlocked. I guess I have to find the cake shop.
Normal mode and hard mode are becoming quite easy though. Level 86 and counting. Interrogative: Can we find the cake shop during quests?  FC PSzero: 3696 0123 4211 |

I unlocked SH by just beating Hard tower completely.
Took me 2 hours to beat it cause I was in the car lol |

I've already done hard tower more than twice. 100% Bestiary too.

Really? At first I couldn't get SH either. But then I did tower on hard and SH was unlocked.

Oh and to your question, yes you can find the cake shop on quests. Well I never found the cake shop on any difficulty. Yet I still unlocked SH

I'm going to go back and grind the quests again. I have 48 Hard quests done on my record.
I've already done all of the normal mode ones non stop. I'll list the ones I did today to keep track: Devilish Return A small friend Get Connected I love Ruins!(And I h8 ruins) Future Hunters 2 sets of heroes Ana's request Mother's memory.(or to the future, whichever one has Reve as the main one) So, this means to double check I will do: Mayor's Mission Mayor's Quest Waltz of Rage Fallen flowers Mother's memory or To the future(whichever one doesn't have Reve as main) PS. Part of why I don't remember which Shrine quest I did on hard is that I tried to find Akatsuki Fu in Dark Shrine on hard for 2 days alternating between the two. FC PSzero: 3696 0123 4211 |

Try finding it in normal field runs,in my experience special rooms always spawn at the first part of the map,except for the arena which always spawn in middle.But don't expect to find it that easily,i took me like 50+ field runs just to find one.And umm i think you don't need to find the cake shop just to unlock SH.Did you do all the hard mission quest on a single character? because I think sometimes you won't unlock it if you do even one mission on a different char.
