to get it do the fake in yellow quest but don't get your meseta instead go back to the telepipe area and there will be 3 rappys go to the waterfall in the background a chao in the background talk to it and it will give it to you then go to the area by the hunter's guild entrance there will be a gameboy advance sticking out of the ground step on it press A and plug in your gameboy advance it will then download the game.
