Since it can only be obtained by importing a character from the first Phantasy Star Portable I'd imagine that's the reason it can't.

Just to keep anymore of these threads from popping up again, I'll just send you a link to where you can download the save data for Phantasy Star Portable.
Gamefaqs saves: http://www.gamefaqs.com/psp/944238-p...portable/saves Just import any character the save might have and take it's Exam away, and there you go, you will now have the Veteran Guardian title along with the Exam saber, and a visual module. |
