I believe you can via open mission being unlocked when you get true ending and complete the side mission. And I also believe there are two IM missions you can download from psn, that have 1 of each form.

Considering Jellen and Zalure are now sure-hit, is there still any point to weapons like Mistilteinn that cause said effects?

Say you're up against a wolf-type enemy and he casts Deband. I'm pretty sure Zalure effects aren't sure-hit unlike the techniques itself so it'd still be more effective to cast Zalure, right?

When requesting save conversions:
1) Archive the save file folder (PSP\SAVEDATA\NPJH50043 or ULUS10529 or ULES01439 for JP/US/EU respectively)
2) Upload to a free file host (MF, MU, etc). File should only be about 500KB+.
3) State the conversion you want (US>JP or EU>JP, etc)

I think it'd be more effective to use zalure as you can probably get them all with one cast, as i find that using debuffs doesnt require casting it as many times.

I have a couple questions. First off, I heard that the mission called heart scrap is good for farming phantomite stones, does anyone know what the Japanese name for it is? Also, how do you unlock the mission? I'm not even sure if I have it or not... (I'm still really bad at navigating the missions window right now)

My other question is where are download missions exactly? I downloaded them all off of PSN but I can't seem to actually locate them in the game...

not sure about the first question but for the second question go to the infinity counter, go to the second option down, and one of the options should have the leters "DL" infront of it. There you wil find a list of psn IMS and click on them.

Should be called スクラップ・ハート in Japanese, IIRC one of those missions is multi-mode only though.
I'm lacking those stones as well, but I just do GH on A rank and choose the Dark Falz route every time, I usually get 1-4 there per run and it's good XP/TP as well.

For the download missions, you have to import them first the mission counter.
Like when you find a mission disk, you have to "check the contents" first before it's added to the list, same thing here but select the other option.

The Japanese characters for it are スクラップハート and actually should be read as Scrap Heart. From the mission counter, it's the third option "Extra Missions", followed by Parum Missions. Should be the second on the list - the first is Scrap Ghost, the third is a Toro and Kuro mission. It's unlocked from the beginning.

PSP2I-wiki has something similiar.
The headings on the tables are: Race, HP, PP, ATK, DEF, ACC, EVA, TEC, MND, STA.
Red signifies the highest stat while blue signifies the lowest stat amongst the races.

I have a, or multiple questions about the "True Ending".
First of all, I have already read the stickied topic "How to get ALL endings".
I read through different japanese wikis, and other sites about how to get the true ending and only got one information that was the same on each site: There is a certain third dialogue in EP2 Stage 5-1. I played Stage 5-1 multiple times (21 times to be exact), always doing it once after I did a stages' dialogue as supposed in the guide. I still did not receive the third dialogue. What I would like to know:

1. Is there a "Nagisa Counter" like there was one for Emilia in EP1 which has to be considered when trying to get the True Ending?

2. Do the right answers have to be given on the first playthrough?

3. If not, does it matter in which order the stages are replayed?

4. I read about necessary answers/events on japanese wikis and other sites.
If there are certain necessary answers/events, which are those?

Also, if anyone achieved the true ending, could he/she explain me what he/she did?

Thank you in advance,
-Kenjutsu_Bokken
