I tried to get onto the online mode and it gives me some message and when I look for the part where I'm to enter the LWL code for the UMD I can't see it anywhere,any advice on what to look for?

Is there anyone actually left doing save conversions, or a link to a guide on how to convert phantasy star porbable 2 saves to jp? all my attempts to google it just bring up people saying to go here.
