It's actually just a comment. Someone who knows how to edit the wiki will come along later and add the stuff listed in the comments section to the drop charts.

how do you S rank the mission? I only manage to get A rank it but I always get stuck trying to S it.

You need to get all 5 Calorie Mates.

Well i figured :P, what I mean is how do you go about, there seems to be a laser fence I can't get into and can't figure how to get past it.

Like Wayu said, you need to get 5 Calorie Mates in order to S rank it. There are 2 in B1 (shooting to the palm tree and pushing the cart), 2 on B2 (answer the question correctly and manage to save the Rappy on the island), and 1 on B3 (goggle the bushes and take the object and then talk to the little Rappy).

The mission is simple really.

1. Go straight past Bask, take the jump bad, and shoot down the coconut, pick up the coconut and then talk to the rappy.

2. Take the jump pad and push the mine cart past the Lillies to the shining spot on the ground and then talk to the rappy.

3. Finish clearing out the enemies in the next room and move on to block 2.

3. Go through block 2 until you come across the rappy with YES / NO switches. Answer the question correctly and to spawn some healing devices and then talk to the rappy.

4. Head on to the jump pad and land on the small island. Save the rappy trapped in the laser fence and then talk to it to.

5. Take the jump pad, clear out the monsters and head to the next block.

6. Scan the tall grass to the right of the big rock in the first room with a rappy in block 3 then talk to the rappy.

7. Take the tansporter and go Gallagher on the Coco Merottas.

Only found H&K38 Combats. Does anything good at all drop here, despite all the contradictory reports?

Wiki~. The drop tables are more or less identical, it seems.
