Back up your screenshots when uninstalling -

Looking over the message board on the Player's Site, it seems that the Sega folder that holds all of the screenshots you have taken gets deleted with the game data when you uninstall. Make sure you've got your screenshots backed up somewhere safe before you go about doing this.

I can confirm that. I had to reinstall the game a few times and I lost some screenshots because of it.

When uninstalling game it asks if you want to delete saved data or not o.o
I didnt lose anything.
