I have ran into more than 25 Pal Rappys and not one of them has dropped a rare item. My LCK is 100 so I dont know what is wrong.

Your luck stat has nothing to do with the probability of getting rares. The luck stat only affects your chance for a critical hit. That's all.
I'd say it's probably just bad luck on your part. Your character's level, number of hours played, and the difficulty are what affects the chance for a rare drop, I believe. |

Today I was playing and a HUGE El Rappy drops from the sky. The thing was almost as big as my character. He almost looked distorted
 . But seriously, is there any special reason this happened? |
