someone claim to have this rod and was asking 200 gold bars for it? is it really worth that much? i haven't seen anyone with this rod on their pallet

When I was playing on 360 I bought all three of mine for 200 gold bars each. From what I have seen they may have gone down to 170-180 gold bars, but that's not much of a difference.
