I'm torn at the moment over whether or not my character should have his goggles on or not come playtime. The specs gives him that added sci-fi touch, but a visible face adds more to his persona. Hopefully the option for changing such basic things as facewear will be freely accessible, that way I'll have the goggles on and off as I feel like it.

You will be able to change facial accessories freely for your character though I personally prefer him with the goggles... looks more ready to kick some ass... one of the few characters I have seen that can actually pull off the goggles.

He's not weird. Not out of place. Not creepy. A good population of normal newmans isn't bad, but you need that rare magnificent bastard of a freak to remind everyone what a newman is every now and then.

You should look into PSII. Newmans ARE freak genetic experiments originally. That look would completely work for the original series version.

Edit: Beaten to it.

Maybe I should play around in the creator some more this week before the Pre-OB. I was not entirely happy with what I used in the CB.

I'm probably going to re-evaluate my character after Pre-Open Beta but use him as is right now considering our characters will be wiped in it anyways... plus my opinion changed on what on wanted as my character after CB so maybe it'll change again after playing with this one a bit

I had issues with my character's eyes in the CB. They went completely crazy in the scripted scenes, but looked fine in the creator.

My issue is more in my character's name, I might just do Blackheart instead of Crimson simply because if I do Crimson I'll feel obligated to keep my character's color scheme red and I might wanna change his looks down the line as a sort of evolution of my character as he is getting stronger.
