Is there any way possible to have a Chao mind mag. I have a lvl 200 mag that has 5 def, 50 dex, and 145 mind... but when I equip it and try to use the Heart of Chao, I'm unable to do so... Please help.

Not with that Mag unfortunately As you may already know, you can't use the Heart of Chao on a mag unless it has each of the four stats equal to or greater than 35. About the best you could hope for is a Chao with 35 Def, 35 Pow, 35 Dex and 95 Mind. And even then, you basically throw a point away in Dex so you may as well go 36 Dex and 94 Mind unless you are a Fo and don't need/care about Dex.

Thanks for the info... But I have to have 35 on everything? Or can I have like 20 def 20 pow 20 dex and 20 mind.?

You have to have a minimum of 35 in each stat for a Chao mag.

Thanks for your help. And I guess having a Chao with 95 mind as my highest is my best option now.

Most of the time, the game does keep track of partial levels of ATA. Sometimes a 1/2point from either Master/Ability or an odd number of DEX on a Mag will make the game show 1 more point of ATA.
