Basically gather:
60 quest drops from those little dark creatures 10 quest drops from the four legged machines with the turrets Both are in the desert |

You might have missed it on the Bumped blog because that's Lola, not Philia. Like Piddle said, you want Krahda and Sparguns. They both spawn in every desert map.
