Ship 2 Question -

Is it true Ship 2 character creation is down for at least a week? My friend has been trying to join Ship 2 but he keeps getting the congestion message? Anyone know anything? Thanks.

yes, this is true, they have put a block on ships 1-5 for 1-2 weeks
