So it has been a while since I have been on PSO2 (real life stuff, work etc). But have they added any new customizations for casts?

Well, sorta - there's new parts for both male and female casts, and can be found in player stores...

New parts are dropping in scratch (the real cash kind, I think) and since not everyone uses casts they can be found in the player shops for pretty cheap. Preview the item first to make sure you don't already have it though. I got a full set within 10 hours of them going into the game for maybe 10k meseta, the first one being 5k of that only 3 hours after release.

The head part is separate from arm/leg/body parts though, and is gotten via a ticket in the consumable section. I don't recall what the item is called.
