Strange crashing -

Help! I've been trying to get this fixed forever and I made one topic about it, but no one cared, so I'm posting again. Once I get past the first 2 cutscenes this happens.
 I've looked everywhere and it seems no one else has this problem, can anybody please help me? I'm starting to think sega hates me  |

Turns out, all I needed to do was lower the shader settings, it's all fixed now.
