Default Error While Patching...Need Help! - 08-07-2012, 10:23 AM

I have downloaded the game and everything no problem, but whenever I go to patch, it works for a couple of minutes but then shows the error shown in the screenshot I attached. What exactly does this error say, and how can I fix it?

If I remember right, that is just "Can't download the current version of the file". Basically it just signifies some connection problems or random corruption. Ignore it, restart the patching process and let it go again.
If it is happening often, then I can't really say. The WinHTTP error message is ERROR_WINHTTP_TIMEOUT, so it means that the server just didn't respond in a timely manner. You could be trying to download the patch during peak times (SEGA recommend between 02:00 and 1600 Japanese Standard Time) or there could be something wrong with your internet connection itself. Try downloading the patch between these times.
