PSO2 South East Asia (SEA) version

This was brought up in some other posts, but seems legit. So here's a thread for it.

Asiasoft are claiming they will be publishing a South East Asian (you might be aware of 'SEA' version of various trash F2P MMOs ) sometime this year.

I wonder if it'll have an English option like a lot of other SEA games? Or IP Ban China/Taiwan/Korea from JP server, har.
