Bad for people who somehow can't apply the English patch to their JP client despite numerous tutorials and a program that does the job automatically for them.

Good for everyone who dislikes Asiasoft or their service who don't live in those regions.

We should care because of what I said above the quote box. The sooner a 'proper' EN version comes out, the sooner some of the riffraff will drain out of the game.

by "servicing" I'd take it that they will only provide support if you live in those regions.
