Sonic Team owns my soul.

I'm about to throw a whole bunch of cash into this (second one down). I've been wavering on it for some time, but PSO was the deciding factor.

In addition, I'm keeping my HL on the GC version as well, if for no other reason than I have friends who are still playing it. (Also: spent nearly $100 on that blasted keyboard.)

Expect a "buy Alielle's old junk on eBay" link in my sig sometime soon. -_-

Yup, Sonic team owns us all. Ive given them more money for 2 games (DC and GC) then I have given Squaresoft for like 15 games.

DITTO. I don't wanna ditch what few friends I have on the GCN version, nor do I want to give up my characters completely, and I'm sure as HELL gonna get my money's worth outta this dim-damn keyboard. SERENITY NOW!!!
And besides, the Xbox version gives you the first two months for free. That way I can definitely afford to keep my GCN HL. EVERYONE'S A WINNER

The only thing holding me back from this version is the talk of bizarre analog control... I personally love the Xbox Controller S, moreso than the GCN's nifty controller even, but I'm the type that can peek at my radar, flip the analog stick in the direction of an enemy and blast it to hell with my weapon/tech of choice, so it would definitely be a problem.
But then, I guess that more than a half dozen people would have complained about this if it was a real problem.

I've noticed that aiming is a little wonky, myself. It's not nearly as bad as people make it out to be, but it can get frustrating. The controls felt natural in a matter of hours, though.

There is only one deciding factor when it comes to GC or Xbox....and that is which system has the most of my friends on it.

Xbox wins that one

Heh, that's what it all came down to for me... Not to mention a bit of drama that went on earlier this week with a good friend of mine (long story short, she really can't get the Xbox version if she wanted to anyway, living in the UK).
I'd still like to play the Xbox version sometime, but for now, I can't leave my (few) friends on the GCN version behind.

Whew, strange how things can change so much in a week.
