NEED HELP PSO2 TWEAKER OPENS A BLANK WINDOW

PSO2 Tweaker just opens a blank window and I can't launch the game or do anything. My .NETFRAME WORK is up to date and I dunno what's happening, I've tried re downloading tweaker but still has the same problem. I've attached what it looks like when I open tweaker.

What .NET Framework's do you have installed?

You need .NET Framework 4 to run in Windows.

Just search up "dot Net Fx 40" on google and go to the Microsoft website.

I'm asking you what .NET Framework's you have installed.

There's different .NET Framework you know, .NET Framework 1, 1.1, 2, 3.5 and so on.

Search up "Raymondcc .NET Detector" and see if the .NET 4.0 Client Profile and .NET 4.0 Full Package is NOT greyed out. If not, then you have to install them.

.NET 4.0 Client Profile and .NET 4.0 Full Package is greyed out, but I have .NET 4.5 Client Profile and .NET 4.5 Full Package.

I don't think .NET Framework supports backward compatibility, so install .NET Framework 4.0.

I uninstalled .net framework and downloaded 4.0 still same problem

Why did you uninstall the previous .NET Framework?

Reinstall the .NET Framework you uninstalled.
If it still doesn't work even if you have .NET Framework 4.0 then you might want to head over to the PSO2 Tweaker Thread by AIDA regarding this issue. I'm certain that the .NET Framework is the cause of the issue though.
