whoa ok, i get it now!
re-reading the email i was sent, i see that it is infact a receipt from codejunkies. but they dont want to make anything too easy for us do they?!
the email we originally got says:
1) it is from Worldpay.com (the service that handles the payment fees)
2) that it a receipt from codejunkies
3) that it is NOT a confirmation from Datel that you have placed and order from them:
"NB: This confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order and you cannot assume that a contract exists between yourself and Datel Direct Ltd for the sale of goods or services until Datel Direct Ltd specifically confirms it. It is Datel Direct Ltd's responsibility to confirm acceptance of your order and for delivery."
makes it seem like you are still waiting on a real confirmation from the company itself. confusing!
but i followed Queen's advice, and i had my tracking # within exactly 1 hr! but what do you know!? the email address they respinded from is none other than:
support@codejunkies.com
all very silly and confusing. bad business.
