it should be the same for all versions. in "Secret Delivery", you must talk to the man between hospital and principal office. you must say "!!" to both questions, or you cannot be part of WEAPONS.
from there finish all quests. once finished, you must go back to "Claiming a Stake", "The Value of Money", "Gran Squall", and "The Lost Bride" and find and talk to the WEAPONS members. if you finish correct, go back to Secret Delivery, the one near the principal office will tell you where to go. |
