I've been wanting to raise some System Mags (Mark III, Master System, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, etc) and I do have all the cells to make them, but I don't know what their requirements are. I've looked at the Mag Cells combination guide, and it doesn't have any info on the System Mags. Could someone shed some light on these Mags for me?

As far as I know, they can be used on brand new level 5 mags, and whether or not one can be used depends on your section ID.

Why not try creating a few level 1 characters with different section ID's and seeing if they can use them or not?

If not, it may also depend on your level - some mag cells only work if your level is above 100. I know for certain that my lev.126 yellowboze can use the kit of mark 3, but not any of the other Console kits.
