I just noticed that eb has the standalone smash pack cd up for pre-order....but lo and behold the damn thing is $40.00 US(which will be around $65.00 where i live). That's damn near half the price of purchasing the dc with the smash pack included....wtf. I won't be buying that any time soon. eek! that is too much.. I got the smash pack from a friend for the farscape DVD (he just got a DC to play PSO)... it is fun BUT not that much fun. why are reissues of old games always so pricey? you would think they would jkust make'em cheap so anyone would just impulse buy.

Well considering you can download all those games and play them on an emulator i'd say that price is a little steep. I might have bought it for $25 but $40...i'll think i'll buy a real game if i'm going to spend that much money.
