This is my first attempt at writing a fanfic. I'm hoping that it will be good enough to
continue it, so any feedback construction or deconstructive is always welcome.

Prologue

Some say life is what you make of it or events that happen are coincidence,but
what if some individuals lives are intertwined with each others and are brought into
consciousness for a specfic reason to protect or dismantle something. This is story is
about four lives that were created for this reason.

Chapter I An Unknown Savior

"Julia!....Julia!..where is that girl?" said Vivian, a slender, 20 year-old, green eyed
Hunewearl. "I swear if she went down to Ragol without me she is gonna get it when she
gets back." said Vivian. "I hope she comes back at least." thinking to herself.

Ahhh........growl....Foie!, "these Boomas are alot tougher when Vivian isn't here to
help" said a 18 year-old, white haired, blue eyed Fonewearl. Growl.."gees more" then as
she turned around she saw atleast 10 Boomas and a few Savage wolves heading her way.
"guess it's time to test out my new spell" said Julia thinking to herself. Rafoie!...but
nothing happened. She just realized that she was to exhausted to cast any more spells.
"this is not good." The Savage wolves started to lunge at her, teeth showing and saliva
dripping out of their mouths. The leading one attacked and connected knocking her to the
ground and as she fell unconscious she heard a noise........., click click , a wolf wimper,
and then a fall to the ground.

As she was out she had a dream of a human dressed in armor and wielding a
Tsumikiri J-sword and a Varista all bathed in a golden light. She tried to get closer to she
his face but she awoke soon after taking a step. Thinking she was still on Ragol she sat up
fast ready to fight but soon realised that she was in a medical clinic on Pioneer 2. "Your a
lucky one.?" said the bedside nurse. "Yes you are said a figure in the door." it was Vivian.
"uh hey" said Julia with a smirk on her face. "What were you doing on Ragol without
me!" yelled Vivian. "I was just tryign to make myself stronger so I can protect myself."
said Julia in a voice almost like a child that knew they were in trouble. "Thats what
trainings for....geez" said Vivian. "I won't do it again ok." said Julia in a whisper of a
voice. "Hey Vivian did you save me down on Ragol?" Julia asked curiously. "No, it
wasn't me the medical clinic told me you were here so I came as fast as possible." said
Vivian.

A odd silence remained in the room for a few minutes. "I wonder who did save
me then?" thought Julia. "Maybe we should ask the front desk who brought me here."
said Julia.

Chapter 2 A "Chance" Meeting

They headed towards the front desk, Julia alittle bandaged and Vivian following
her making sure she doesn't fall. "Excuse me miss but do you know who checked me in?"
asked Julia in an innocent voice. "Sort of he didn't leave a name but I can tell you what he
looked like." said the Check in nurse. "That will do." said Julia smiling. she turned and
whispered to Vivian "when we hear what he looks like the Hunter;s Guild might be able to
help us out." Vivian nodded. "Well he was a RAmar in green in silver armor with a helmet, the
visor blooked his eyes so I didn't get a look at them, he was slender, had a Varista, and was about 5'11".
"Thanks, also what time did he check me in at?". "It was at 115 beats." the nurse said.
Julia looked at the clock and it was 368 beats, "geez I was out for awhile." Julia thought
to herself.

As they headed over to the Hunter?s Guild Julia started to feel light headed and
dizzy. "I think you should rest and get something in your stomach." said Vivian in a
concerned tone. "I think that is a great idea, I didn?t realize I was out that long." said
Julia in a soft voice. After eating at a near-by outdoor diner they went to the Hunter's
Guild. "How may I help you today?" asked the Counter Girl. "Yes, we would like to
know if there were any RAmars wearing green and silver armor and a helmet, and had a
Varista in the forests around 105 to 115 beats?" asked Julia politely. "I don't think I can
tell you that information." said the counter girl in a professional voice. "Please he saved
my life and I would like to thank him." said Julia in a pouty voice with puppy dog eyes.
"Alright but don't tell anyone about me doing this I my get fired." whispered the Counter
Girl. "Thank you very much." exclaimed Julie with a cheesy smile on her face. "Geez you
learned that face well." whispered Vivian. "I know" whispered Julia still using that cheesy
smile. "Yes as a matter of fact there was a hunter like the one you described in the forest
at that time." said the Counter Girl. "Can you tell me where he is at right now?" asked
Julia. "Right now he is on a quest with a few other hu... and just at that moment some
hunters walked in and low and behold the unknown savior also walked in at the back of
the group. "Well I guess hes right there" said the Counter girl with alittle astonishment.

The group walked towards their client and gave her a data disk and went to the
counter to recieve their meseta. "Gees I never seen that kind of accuracy before." said
one of the HUmars to the FOmarl. "Me either but I'm glad he was on our team, I would
hate to be staring down the end of that gun." exclaimed the FOmarl with a little bit of fear.
The unknown savior was silent and didn't say a thing while he over heard the comments
about him. Julia watched him walk out of the corner of her eye while Vivian was busy
looking at the quests. After recieving their meseta the three hunters walked to the nearest
bar the unknown RAmar walked the other way and he and Julia caught each others eyes.
"Is that really the man who saved me a silent, soulless eyed killer?" thought Julia to
herself. "Hey Julia your man in shining armor is leaving shouldn't we tail him?" Vivian
whispered into Julia's ear. "I don't think we should.... but before she could finish Vivian
grabbed her arm and said "nonsense he my be the right one for you." "Argh Vivian why do
you always say such stupid things." said Julia in a whiney voice. And then both newmans started to silenty follow the RAmar.

Chapter III The Silent One Speaks

They stayed at least 20 feet behind him as he walked slowly towards his
destination. As they were walking a shriek was heard and he suddenly started to speed up
his pace and stopped at an alley. Two Humars and a RAmar had a 13-year-old FOmar
cornered. "Well look what we have here boys, a fly that flew into the spiders nest." said
one of the Humars snidely. "Please leave me alone I didn’t do anything to you." begged
the FOmar. "We’ll let you leave unharmed if you hand over all your mesesta and that
S-Rank cane." said the second HUmar with a evil smirk on his face. "I can’t give you the
cane it was my grandmother’s." replyed the FOmar. "Uh uh hand it over or you won’t be
leaving in one piece" said the RAmar getting ready to grab his autogun. Crash.....a trash
can fell over and the three hunters turn around and see the green armored RAmar. "hey
looks like someone is trying to be a hero." said the first HUmar. "Yea, but a clumsy one
at that." said the second HUmar with a smirk. "Look at this wanna be carrying a Varista."
said the red armored RAmar. "Well after we finish of this "hero" we'll take care of the
boy" said the first HUmar. After that the first Humar swings at the green RAmar with his
right arm, and in one fluent moment the RAmar uses his right arm blocks and grabs and
twists his arm and slams his left forearm into the HUmar’s elbow breaking his arm and
then having it ride up the broken arm and back handing in the face. The first HUmar is
screaming in pain. "Holy Shit!!!." said the FOmar, HUmar, and the RAmar while Julia
and Vivian thought that same thing.

"Bro are you alright?" asked the red armored RAmar. "Hell no my arm is broken
and my nose hurts like a bitch." said the HUmar in blinding pain. "You’ll pay for that you
son of a b..., before the red RAmar could finsh got punched straight into his solarplex by
the green RAmar. "uh....m-m-man...h-he’s....f-f-f........" the red RAmar fell gasping for
air. "I’m gonna have to use my saber" the second HUmar thought to himself. tryign to
fake out the RAmar he made it look like he was gonna elbow him. "he’s gonna try and
counter and when he does I’ll get him." thought the HUmar. And right before he got a
foot and a half to him withdrew his saber and thrust it at the RAmar. "Got ya!" yelled the
HUmar with a happy tone of voice. Then he looks at the RAmar’s eyes through his visior
and sees him looking at the photon blade. "what is he looking at?" thought the Humar. To
his astonishment when he looked down he sees the RAmar’s retractable photon claw blocked the
blow and his Varista in his other hand pointing right at the HUmar. Sweatign at a fast
pace the HUmar backed up in fear and thought "he is not normal, he read my move and
had a counter ready for it." At that moment the RAmar fired a round and skimmed the
HUmar’s left shoulder.

"Wow mister thanks, and also that was amazing hwo you managed to take them
down." exclaimed the FOmar with a sigh of relief. "Wow what amazing speed and power
for a RAmar." thought Julia and Vivian. The RAmar nodded the kid to go home and the
kid did. "Why are you following me." said the RAmar to Julia and Vivian who were
hiding around the cornor. They were amazed that he didn't even turn around to look and
he knew they were there.

I would reccomend using wordpad over microsoft works. Wordpad's .RTF (Rich Text Format) works a lot better when copy/pasting over large quantities of text, etc. Keep up the good work!

Alright heres chapter 4 for any of you that are reading this. Its kinda long so get a sandwhich or something and the name was spur of the moment because I didn't feel like racking my brain for an half hour thinking of a great one.

Chapter 4 The Journey Begins
Both Julia and Vivian were hesistant to answer his question. And he repeated the
question once more in an aggrivated tone. Then from around the corner he got his answer.
They walked around and faced each other. "I was following you to thank you for saving
me on Ragol earlier today." said Julia in a shy tone. Vivian noticed that she was also
blushing. "Heh she gots the hots for a guy when she didn’t even see his face.". "Saving
you.....Oh yeah you are that force that was getting attacked by the boomas and wolves,
you shouldn’t go out by yourself until your strong enough because one of those times
someone will not be there to save you." said the green RAmar. Julia started to get angry
and just blew up on the unknown man. "Who said I needed your help I never asked you
for it!" Julia said in an arrogant way. "Oh great there she goes cocky as ever." thought
Vivian to herself. “"Then Maybe I should have let the wolves devour you and just left, but
unlike you I like to help people you self servering arrogant snob." replyed the Ramar.
Julia was left speechless because she did not expect him to say anything back. "I thought
you were better then insulting a lady but now I see a fool." said Julia with a grin. "A fool
I be if it means insulting such an arrogant "lady" as you put it." said the Ramar.

"If you would be so kind to introduce yourself sir, I would like to know your
name." asked Vivian politely. "Its Ken just Ken, and would you be so kind to introduce
yourself?" asked Ken nicely. "Nice to meet you Ken I’m Vivian and this little fireball is
Julia, she is rather nice when you get past her cockyness." said Vivian with a smile. "Nice
to meet both of you." Ken replyed. Julia just kept quiet and didn’t say a thing. "Nice
meeting both of you but I must be on my way.". "Well nice meeting you too but were
could you be going right after you got back from Ragol?" asked Vivian. "We’ll I was
planning on going down to the Caves of Ragol after I deposit this meseta." said Ken.
"The caves!" said Julia with a bit of curosity. "Wow the caves. do you think we can
come?" asked Vivian. "I think I’m gonna play Cupid with these two love birds." thought
Vivian. "Well that all depends on if your strong enough to handle it." said Ken with a
glance at Julia. Julia seen that and started to get angry. But before Julia could say anything
"So where and when should we meet?" asked Vivian. "Meet at the Central Dome in 200
beats." answered Ken. "Ok, see ya there." said Vivian. Then the two Newman females
left. "Great" thought Ken shaking his head.

Vivian was pushing Julia to the nearest virtual training rooms. "Stop pushing me
Viv gess." said Julia in aggrevation. "No we’re gonna get some hard training." said
Vivian. "Why did you ask to go with that guy he is way better then us." said Julia.
"Because I think you like him and he likes you." said Vivian. "You heard what he said to
me back there." said Julia. "Only because you got cocky." "Fine but I don’t think 200
beats is enough to get anywhere near as good as we need to be." said Julia "Just relax and
try to get stronger I have some disks at the house for you to make your magic stronger
too." said Vivian. Julia smiled and said "thank you" by moving her lips.

They arrived at the Central Dome 198 beats after talking to Ken. They walked in
and seen a figure training in the far back. "Hey whose there?" yelled Julia. The figure
looked at them and then went back to training. They walked to that side of the Dome and
seen Ken in a pair of shorts and an under shirt working out. Ken was sorta ripped he had
a six pack and good size muscles. "Looks like you made it." said Ken. "You would be
surprised how easy it was." said Julia with a smirk. "Oh really." Ken said with little
surprise. "Well its late and traveling into the caves right now would be stupid so lets wait
until morning before going in." said Vivian. "Great we have to sleep together." said Julia
with a sarcastic happiness, but in her head she was happy. "Great........well I guess a little
rest would hurt, I will be the first watch." Ken said generously. "Ok well we set up the
sleeping bags and Julia will be second watch." said Vivian. "Alright well then I’m gonna
hurry up and get to sleep, cya on my shift." said Julia.

Ken looked at them when they were asleep. "Hmm they’ve gotten stronger and
they tried to hide it..heh..to bad it didn’t work." Ken thought to himself. He walked 15
feet away from the camp and started to throw punches and kicks into the air, he had
wieghts attached to his wrist and inside the gloves he wore to increase his speed and
strength. Julia’s wrist watch woke her up with a low beep and she saw Ken training with
the wieghts. "Geez does he ever rest." she thought to herself. "Hey for an 18 year old
your pretty strong" said Julia. "Yea yea" said Ken modestly. "Hey your sweaty as hell
take a bath and get some sleep." said Julia with a smirk. "Yes mom" Ken said with a
bigger smirk. He went outside Central Dome to a nearby pond and started taking a bath.
Then out of nowhere a russle was heard in the bushes next to the pond. Ken started
looking around and then he seen the bush move....growl...a savage wolf pounced on him
as he seen the bush move. It scrathed his chest and filled the water with blood. "Your
gonna pay for that you bastard." he got on the wolf’s back and got both arms on its neck
and ...CRACK...the wolf sunk. "Damn be.......growl.....great." Three Boomas, a
Gigobooma, and a Hildebear all smelled the blood in the water and came ot the source.

"Ken sure has been gone a long time, maybe I shouldn’t of said that he was sweaty
as hell,.....oh well maybe he likes long baths" thought Julia to herself. The fight began an
unarmed man versus 5 strong beasts. Foie....the first booma fell in a pile of burnt flesh and
ash. "keep coming at me and you end up like that." said Ken hoping to avoid fighting
them all. The boomas came at Ken full speed and he finished them off with a GiFoie, but
he didn’t notice teh Gigobooma get behind him and it struck at him and carved his back
with its sharp claws. "gahhhhh ouch Zonde.... and the Gigobooma fell on the ground and the force from the zap took out its central nervous system. "Now one on one with a giant monkey
isn’t gonna be easy but it will see if my training is good only if I didn’t lose so much
blood." Ken thought to himself almost falling unconscious. "Bah all I need to do is get
close to its neck and use a GiBarta spell the ice needles should kill it." and after that he ran
at the Hidlebear and used his remaining strength to get on its back and cast the spell
before he got thrown off. He hit the Hilde in its neck but it didn’t kill it and he was to
weak to to be able to survive he cast his final spell before losing consciousness and killing
the Hilde.

Chapter 5 The Fourth One Appears
"Looks like its about time to see if he is ready to decide where he stands." thought
a man dressed in black. "Better tell him to be ready." thought the same person.

Somewhere on Pioneer II, around 12 years before this story a young child arrives
at his house to see his parents murdered and the killer standing there waiting for him.
"Well took you long enough to get here." said the mysterious person. "Full of angry,
hatred, and sorrow the young boy asked "Why, why did you do this?". "You should
know why, you should of listened to me and did what I said and since you did not this is
your punishment." said the killer. He started to slowy walk away and said "the next time I
come you better give me an answer or I will kill the ones that are close to you."

Ken was barely awake and heard two people talking, it was Julia and Vivian. "I
wonder why he didn?t try to get help?" asked Vivian. "He is a stubborn fool who thinks
he can take on the world." replied Julia. "They attacked me in my birthday suit and if I did
try and get help they would have attacked me while I was running." said Ken holding his
head. "Surprising you can get up after just being attacked a few beats ago." said Julia.
Ken just smiled back. "So thats all that happened, you got attacked while you were taking
a bath?" asked Vivian. "Pretty much....., then he remembered the dream he had and
started to get ready to move into the caves. "So we?re finnaly going into the caves can?t
wait." exclaimed Julia. "Hopefully your magic and endurance will be able to handle it."
said Ken with a grin. "Whatever" said Julia. After that they headed into the caves.

As they entered Evil Sharks began to come at them. Ken pulled out his Varista,
Vivian pulled out her daggers, and Julia was using a wand. They began attacking enemies
on their own and began to spread out which was a stupid strategy. Soon Julai was
surrounded by evil sharks and no one could help. Thats when she let out a Rafioe which
fried them all. "Eat that you mutated things" said Julia happily, Ken just looked at her
with false surprise. Julia turned around and there was a Grass Assassin ready to strike her.
"What the hell is that thing." yelled Vivian. Julia was to scared to think about attacking
and as the Grass Assassin swung its blade hit her wand cutting it in half and the other
strike was about to hit her Ken shot it in the head. "I told you to be able to take care of
yourself." Ken yelled over to her. "I didn't expect 15 foot bugs were here." yelled Julia
feeling embarrassed. After the room was cleared out they met in the middle. "Well now what you have no weapon." said Vivian. "I guess we?ll just have to do a quest and get some meseta so she can get a new one." Ken said while shaking his head. They headed back to the Hunter?s guild.

"Alright I?m gonna check the boards, maybe theres a good paying job." said Ken. "K, we?re gonna ask the Counter Clerk." said Julia. Julia and Vivian headed towards the Counter and started talking to the Counter Girl. It was the same one they talked to earlier. "Looks like you met your hero huh." said the Counter Girl with a smile. Vivian started laughing and Julia started blushing. "Its not like that." said Julia while still blushing. "Right." said the counter girl winking. "Listen were just here for a job so I can
get a weapon......then Ken walked and started talking to the counter girl. "hey is The Lost Bride quest still needing some hunters?". "Yes as a matter of fact the client is right over
there." said the counter girl. "Thanks and have a nice day." said Ken as he walked away.
"Don't let him get away from you girl he is too good to let go." said the clerc to Julia. Julia
grabbed Vivian?s arm and pulled her to the lady's restroom while Ken was talking to the
client. "Maybe the counter girl is right Vivian, maybe I should ask him." said Julia. "Well
I tell ya what, why don't I dig around and find out if he feels the same." said Vivian while
she put her hand on Julia?s shoulder. "Thanks" after that they left the rest room and met
up with Ken. "So you find us a good paying job?" asked Vivian. "Yep enough to buy Julia a new weapon and it a really easy quest, all we have to do is get our client to a certain room and not let her get hit and thats it." said Ken. "Alright whose the client?" asked Julia. "Her name is Cicil and that her over there."

The group headed over to Cicil and they heard the entire story of why she is doing
this and where to go. "Gees thats kinda sad don?t you think Ken?" asked Vivian. "Frankly I think the guy is a loser" replied Ken. Julia began to laugh and Cicil got kind of angry. "Well I think we should get going and finish this as fast as possible." said Vivian. "And we have two people to protect so Ken it looks like we need to pick partners." Vivian began to smile. "Ok we?ll play rock, paper, scissors to see who gets to pick first, ok?" asked Vivian. "Whatever, I get a weak partner either way." replied Ken. Both Julia and Cicil started to get angry. "alright go." And the count down began Rock paper scissors shoot Vivian picked rock and Ken picked scissors. "Alright I pick Cicil as my partner looks like its you and Julia." said Vivian. "yay i'm soooo happy I'm jumping for joy." Ken said sarcastically. Then Julia smacked him upside his head. "Learn some
manners." Julia said laughing. They went in the teleporter and went to the caves.

They went forward Vivian gaurding Cicil and Ken protecting Julia. They got to the transporter room after battling with many mutations and decided to take a rest. Julia and Cicil were talking about magic while Vivian and Ken were sitting at the opposite side of the room and relaxing after all the mayhem of getting to the transporter. "Say Ken
howcome you don?t talk about your past or family with us like we do?" asked Vivian politely. "Well I really don?t have any family." Ken said looking at the ground with his helmet off. "Did you get into a fight with them or something?" asked Vivian. "No they are dead, murdered in cold blood because of me." Ken still stared at the ground. Vivian
began to stare at him and said "I'm sorry I really shouldn?t have asked.". "Its alright It
doesn?t affect me anymore." Ken said sighing afterwards. "How come you don?t have a
lady friend, I mean you seem to be a very good natured person and seems you should have
no trouble?" aksed Vivian. "Never tried." said Ken. "I think you and Julia would make a
great couple why don?t you ask her out I'm pretty sure she wouldn?t turn you down." said
Vivian. Ken glanced at her and said "Even if that were true I couldn?t no matter how much I wanted to." remembering the dream he had. "Ken....I really think you sh...No" Ken interupted "You don?t understand, just forget about it." Vivian began to feel bad for bringing all of that up. "I think we should finish this quest and get back to fully exploring these caves." Ken said to everyone they went on the transporter and finished up teh quest
in the beauty of Caves 2. "Wow this waterfall room is pretty." said Cicil all glassy eyed
and happy that she made it. "Alright...(Julia called ryuker) everyone in lets go back and get
our money." "I will stay here and set up camp" said Ken "Why...before she could finish the question Ken interupted and said "Julia take my share and get a good weapon and take your time." "Ok...thanks Ken." Julia wondering why he was being nice. "I mean it
take your time" said Ken in a serious tone of voice. They three left and Ken stood in the Waterfall room "Alright come on out." said Ken looking around the room. A man dressed in black jumped down from a high place in the room and faced Ken. "So are you finnaly ready to give me your answer?" asked the man.

I forgot about doing this fic for a bit but heres chapter 6

Chapter VI A Violent Past
"Looks like you made some new friends." said the unknown man. "No they were
just hunters that were helping me do a quest." said Ken. "For their sake I hope they
were." said the man with a grin. "Seems your still carrying my father's Sealed J Sword."
Ken said while looking at a part of its sheath sticking out of the mans long black trench
coat. "I keep it with me so that when I see you it will remind you what happens if you
make some friends." said the man still grinning. They looked at each other for a few
moments and then Ken said "If you're here for my answer it is still undecided.". "You
know one of these times my boss is just going to tell me its either yes or no and when that
happens you better be ready." said the man. "Well from my understanding you can't kill
me until I tell you no so I'm safe so far." said Ken smirking. "Just cause I can't kill you
doesn?t mean I can?t "persaude" you to join." said the man as he began to move towards
Ken. Ken took his helmet off and threw it to the side of the room.

"I wonder why Ken said too take our time?" said Vivian. "Maybe he wants to be
alone or something for alittle bit, I dunno" said Julia as the walked to the weapons store.
"So what kind of weapon are you gonna get Julia?" asked Vivian. "I don?t know maybe a
better wand to increase my magic strength and a handgun for emergencies." said Julia as
they walked into the weapons store.

The unknown man was moving at amazingly fast speeds hitting Ken left and right
and then slammed him into the wall of the waterfall room and kept pounding on him. The
man grabbed Ken's left arm pulled him forward and kneed him striaght in the stomach and
then elbowed him in the back . Ken fell into the shallow water of the room grasping for
air. "Your still as weak as ever" said the man looking down at Ken. "Da-D--Damn you".
"Excuse me what did you say." said the man and kicked Ken right in his side. "Your
lucky that I can't kill you but when I'm allowed to it is going to the happiest day of my
life." said the man. "When that day comes it might be you that gets killed." said Ken as he
sweep kicked the man and then lunged at him after getting up. "Hmm looks like you got
alittle stronger and faster." right as he said that reversed Ken's pounce and slammed him
facedown into the ground.

"So you what do you think about a wand a handgun combination?" asked Julia.
"Go with what you like, if you get the handgun maybe Ken will teach you how to use it
properly." said Vivian smiling. "Gees your a smartass you know that." said Julia blushing.
"Well hurry up and choose." said Vivian. Julia bought a new wand and a handgun
sidearm. "Hey Viv something doesn't feel right lets hurry and get back to the waterfall
room." said Julia. "Alright." said Vivian.

Ken went sliding acroos the floor of the room. Some of the water started to turn

managed to loosen the Sealed J sword and threw away from him. Not realizing what Ken
did the man said "What kind of attack is this trying to hug me to death?" after saying that
the man kneed Ken in the chest and tossed him a few feet away from him. "Well beating
up on you was fun and all but its time I take my leave but remember the next time I come
it might be your last chance." siad the man as he turned and started to walk away Julia
and Vivian emerged from a ryuker. The man looked at them and they looked at him and
seen Ken laying on the ground. "Hmm looks like we have some company, well killing
them shouldn't be a problem since they are not friends of yours, eh Ken?" said the man
grinning. "No leave them out of this, they have nothing to do with any of this." said Ken
as he began to get up. "Awe you know as well as I do that they have to die now." said the
man withdrawing another sword from under his coat. "I'm serious don't kill them." said
Ken as he made his retractable Photon Claw appear. "You really have no say in what
happens." said the man and with that he began to charge at Julia and Vivian with blinding
speed. Julia and Vivian were to terrified to try and escape. Just then Ken also began
moving at blinding speed trying to stop him from reaching Julia and Vivian. In a matter of
seconds Ken and the man appeared infront of Julia and Vivian. Ken was blocking the
man?s sword from reaching either of them. "I told you I was serious." said Ken to the
unknown man. The man looked into Ken's eyes and they were different from when they
fought before Julia and Vivian?s arrival, he also had a slight aura around him. He thought
to himself "so this is what he has sleeping within his soul." He then jumped back and said
"It time for me to leave but the next time we meet either you die or join me." with that the
man swung his blade and a energy projectile shot out and hit Ken sending him back into a
wall and he left.

"Ken".......Ken fell to his knees and then facedown into the shallow waters of the
room. "Ken!" Julia and Vivian ran over to where he was. "He's bleeding badly, keep
using resta I will go get some help from the Hospital." said Vivian and she threw a
telepipe to the ground and left. (Resta) "That should keep him from dieing, lets hope Viv
will get some help quickly." thought Julia. Vivian ran into the Hospital and told the
counter nurse and in a few seconds two nurses came with a medical box and a strecher.
They headed to Vivian's telepipe and went into the room. "Looks like he just got in a
fight with a meat grinder and lost." said the first nurse. "Well anyways miss did you use
resta on him until we arrived?" asked the second nurse. "Yes, I used a level 20 resta."
said Julia. "We'll take it from here." said the first nurse as they put Ken on the strecher
and headed back to the hospital. JUlia seen the blakc sheath of a sword out of the corner of her eye. She went and picked it up and then letf to the hospital.

I finished chapter 7

Chapter 7 The Rebirth
"Ken..........Ken, wake up!" said a deepend voice. "My head....nevermind my whole body hurts." said Ken as he woke up. "So you finnaly experienced your a fraction of your Power." said a mysterious figure. Ken looked around and seen nothing but
darkness "Where am I, who are you?" said Ken looking around as he got to his feet. A figure arose from the darkness "recognize me now?" asked the man with a smile. Ken was struck with astonishment "Dad, is that really you?". "Indeed, but there is a reason why your here." said Ken's father whose name is Sigmund. "Reason that I'm here?, do you mean that fight with Ferris?" asked Ken. "Yes it has something to do with the fight between you and what used to be Ferris." said Sigmund. "What used to be?, what do you mean?" asked Ken. "I mean the Ferris you knew as a child has been dead since that day." said Sigmund with a grim tone. "Then what was I fighting?" asked Ken. "You were fighting an empowered demon of the Dark One, and the reason I'm talking to you is because of what happened in that fight." said Sigmund.

Ken looked at Sigmund "nothing happened in that fight besides me getting a case of whoop ass opened on me." said Ken. "Wrong, you and I are meeting because you used a tiny fraction of your Power to stave him off." said Sigmund. "You mean when I......Ken began to back up.....used my last ounce of strentgh to protect Julia and Vivian." said Ken. "Exactly, your willful sacrafice let you tap into you true power to protect those." said Sigmund. "Our family has always had the strentgh to protect others that can't protect themselves, Our family line has defended many from Evil, we are the messagers from the Holy One, used to protect the defensless. But since I was slain and not able to help you unlock your power it is now neutral, that is why the Dark One claimed Ferris in hopes of
you would follow since he was the last person you knew and respected." said Sigmund looking directly into his son's eyes.

"Ok, but the question is why am I here?" said Ken with a raised eyebrow. "You idiot", Ken eyes widened "idiot!?, I don't need to hear this from a dead man." Sigmund's eyes widened "Watch your mouth with me boy.". "Now the reason your here is because you need to learn how to use your power to protect and defend people instead of turning
evil." said Sigmund. "Ok, if it helps keep Julia and Vivian safe then I will do it." said Ken bowing to his father. "Good to see that you are selfless, that is what will help you." said Sigmund. "Alright tell me during your fight with Ferris when he attacked the two newmans what crossed your mind?" asked Sigmund. "I felt the inability to protect them, that it was my fault he was going to kill them.". "Then when you decided to give up your last ounce of strength what went through your head?". "I was going to protect them even if it meant sacraficing myself to do so.". "Your ready to use your powers and I will train you to acces them." said Sigmund.

"Excuse me you two don't you think you should get some sleep?" asked a nurse. "No. its alright, we'll be fine." said Vivian as they sat in a hospital room. Both Julia and Vivian haven't slept since the fight ended 1200 beats ago. "Julia maybe you should get some sleep you don’t look ok." said Vivian. "I'll be fine,.....Viv do you think he's gonna make it?" asked Julia. "Well that attack that man did looked like it would cut a person in
two, but Ken managed just to be knocked back so I'm assuming he's gonna pull through." said Vivian sipping some of her coffee. Another nurse came in, "ma'ams the Pioneer Police are here to ask you some questions, would it be alright if they did?". As Julia was about to answer a familiar voice interupted, "No, I don’t feel like being questioned after just waking up.". The nurse was in shock just like Julia and Vivian were. "Alright I'll tell
them that." said the nurse as she walked away.

Julia and Vivian were amazed that after that kind of attack that he would be better in such a short time. "Ken you need a drink or something?" asked Vivian. "Yea why don’t you go get me a soda or something." said Ken as he held his head. "Ok" Vivian walked left the room to the vending machine. Julia got up and walked over to Ken and gave him a hug. "Am I missing something?" asked Ken as his face was pressed against Julia's boobs, "You can stop and tell me anytime soon", Then he noticed that she was crying without making sound. She finished hugging him and looked into his eyes, "I’m glad your awake and ok, I didn't know if you were gonna wake up or" Julia began to start sniveling "or" Ken interupted "Don't worry and just relax, you look like you could use some sleep.". "I haven't slept since you were brought here" said Julia as wiped her tears away. "Well why don't you get some rest" said Ken smiling. "Sounds like a good idea....,also Ken I have a question" "what is it?" "howcome your eyes look different they almost look like your happier?" asked Julia. "Because I figured some stuff out when I was out." with that Ken moved to the other side of the bed and made room for Julia. Vivian came back and seen Ken and Julia sleeping together in the hospital bed. "Well looks like things will be getting very interesting very soon."
