You can, to a point. It still has to be what the rules say it is supposed to be, so if you base it in the matrix and it's nothing like that is entailed in the rules, then it won't get put up for the contest.

QUESTION: Time is refering to bulletin board time right or are we looking at GMT, EST, CST, MST, or even PST?

2ND QUESTION: Is play format okay?

If were entering by PM, how do you wantus to word it? Do you want something like:

'Entry for Short Story Catagory:
Burt the Hunter
blah blah blah blah blah'

Or do you want it sent in another way?
