Something extremely odd happened to my FOmar last night in v.hard mines. I warped in to join my friend, carrying my new Elysion (hahaha) and he was stood in a room talking to a HUcaseal. I used the opportunity to stand up agaisnt the wall and admire my FOmar with the camera. This Hucaseal was standing next to me. Then I got the usual camera 'glitch' where it jumps out of position because it hit an object, and suddenly my perspective was behind the HUcaseal. I thought nothing of it, until the HUcaseal decided to move. My camera followed 'her'. I was no longer me! The weird thing is, she walked into the next room, and I was just sat there freaking out - it blew my mind before I realised what was going on, I was seeing the perspective from the view of the HUcaseal's gamecube! I informed them of this, they were like "No way". I realised, when the HUcaseal came back into the room I could still move my FOmar, but it looked like it does when you have the game on two player mode and you move the second player while looking at the first player's screen. Anyway, I told the HUcaseal to go into another room, and here's further proof if they are reading this, they ran off down a corridor and into a large room where the canadines usually spawn but there were none there at the time, and I asked them to equip some other weaps and correctly identified all of them. I was pretty excited by this point and feeling like I'd done something really special, then it occured to me - how the hell was I going to get back to normal, and was my chara going to end up corrupted? Anyway my friend suggested that I warp out, so I did and everything was fixed.

But is this a known bug, and has it ever happened to anyone else? It's beyond me as to how it could happen in the first place, like I had direct link with their gamecube, or something.

uhm as far as i know this is no bug. Cause i believe St still left this 4th controller option in the game from v2 and v1.
It is like this: insert a controller in the 4th port
The press R and Up on the D-Pad and ur cam will change 2 that of another player(works only ingame of course). In order 2 pop back 2 ur own char just keep pressin R+Up on D-PAd till u r back on ur own char. Some1 correct me if im wrong on the method didnt do this stuff since v2 lol.
Now how u did this while playin with the 1st controller (prolly) is beyond me lol

Yeah thats all it is. A simple camera trick thats fun.

When I eat, I sit next to my GC and change the camera dns ay AHAH I AM FOLLWING YOU!

And then he dies...

Oh well. Have fun with it.

Sometimes I say I'll go AFK or BRB, to go eat, and change the camera view to someone around the Ruins... no sound quality, but it's great to watch them while i'm eating my pizza.

The first time it happened to me I wuz pretty scared but I just quit becuz it looked like I wuz controlling the other char.lol.

The wavebird wouldn't matter, i don't think. And it works with any controller in sockets 2,3, and 4. Not just 4. in case you don't want the picture box when you're switching cameras. Pretty nice trick, useful for when you need to guide someone to the boss warp.
