i am just wondering what they are there for. i have found know clue as to what they are used for.

It's just a world wide time set. Easier to meet up with people online, seeing as it's always the same beat, everywhere.

if u carry heaven punisher, then u can use it's special(only on even beats 200,400)

.beats are the universal time zone for the internet.

There is no confirmed gameplay change as time changes (except for the .beat weapons)

Actually. It's every 100 beats. So it would be 100 200 300 400 500, and so on.

Actually. It's every 100 beats. So it would be 100 200 300 400 500, and so on.

The heaven punisher's special works at 200 beats, stops working at 300, then works again at 400 beats etc.
