 I don't have photoshop to make it less grainy--but it's 64 by 64 with a thin black border (to be used as an avatar). |

photoshop can't really make things THAT much less grainy unless you touch up the entire thing by yourself.
The image doesn't necessairly have to be 64X64 when you submit it, but the image DOES have to look good enough, and the image quality has to be quite good as well. And in this case, it doesn't. |
