If I told Sue my name in Dr. Osto's Research, but did the rest of the quests with out talking to required person (to get the Ragol Ring), such as Bernie in Retired Hunter, can I go back through Retired Hunter (after beating all the quests), talk to him, and still get the Ragol Ring?
