In it's description, it says that it is enhanced by the power of love. Does that mean its stronger whe like u have a Safety Heart or Love Heart on or does it enhance at all? Thanks ahead of time.

The ATP of the Angel Harp is increased when your close to a male character (because it's only useable by females). At least, that's what I've heard...
