Whenevert i go to dr. osto's research and talk to him to let him change my enemy parts into weapons he just says ' !!!.Where is Elenor? I havn't finished her maintenance yet... It seems that her emotional range is just a wee bit to wide. I want to try a few patterns for her' I dont know if i did something wrong or didnt read the guides good but does any1 know why this happens and how to solve it?

you have to beat docs secret plan first, the one with elenor and she has the red scorpio

I also believe you must have finished all the quests, Then he can create weapons for you.

Nada Bit, it works on my game and I find I can't sit down long enough to complete all quests. So it's somethign else.

Hmm.
Then perhaps try and defeat all Dr. Montague related Quests. Only thing I can think of. |

 now to get my s-barrels hand#0 from the material. |
