I lost my c mode char to corruption today.

Somebody help. All I wanted was an srank. I foolishly went on Alcyone today to try to make it back, and a JP player naturally assumed I was Japanese. I got SERIOUSLY made fun of for going the wrong way. The game I made was NOT TA, I do not know c1 like the back of my hand, I TOLD them I was not TA, and oh god, I need help. I HATE the fact I have to redo it all because I hate being made fun of, I do not particulsarly like relying on others because they screw up, and laugh at me if I screw up, plus my memory is too bad to memorise the areas. And believe me, I tried. I should have not spoken a word of Japanese so I was not made fun of by this jumped up little fart, and I had to leave the game because of him. The worst thing is my boyfriend is still at c6, and we were trying to play it together. Now it is all ruined and I feel disheartened, sick to the stomach. If some stupid kid in Japan thinks I am a loser over a fucking game, I never want to play on Alcyone again. I never thought anybody on Alcyone could be this rude.

I hate having to play with other people because of this. I can play the GAME fine and I don't die, it's just I went the wrong way ONCE. He asumed I knew the way despite the fact it was not a fucking TA game. I got most of it right, went wrong once and got made fun of. I feel too sick to approach the people who I played c mode with before and ask them to YET AGAIN do this with me. It makes me SO ILL.

Can anybody possibly help? I will pay you $1000 if you borrow my card and get me back to c6. OK, this is a joke, but I need help, I need to get there QUICKLY, I got REALLY good times before and I absolutely despondant about this loss of my precious time. That and having to rely on people again. I feel like I could just explode with the anguish of it all, I HONESTLY wish I'd lost my level 141 char instead because it was a joy levelling him, and I just don't like people enough to do c mode, and I don't want to put my friends out AGAIN, it was nice playing with them but they were BU EI. I do not want to ask them again, oh my god how terrible this is.

It depends on when you would like to do so. I have a few characters who I would like to get farther into C-mode, but I can't actually play at the moment. Maybe we could schedule a time later tonight? I'm afraid I don't know much about C-3+, but I can help you out with C-1 and 2 if you would like.

But as I said, I can't do that at the moment, is there maybe a later time that might be able to work for you?

All my bad Alcyone (spelling?) experiences have been quite the opposite, with people who are new to C mode not following or listening to the more experienced players, and mucking up the works. Usually the more experienced players will try to be helpful, or at the very least tolerant.

Having said that if you want to go through C mode fast, I think Ill be starting a new C mode char tonight, so if your interested you can look for me on... Alcyone. Unless you have a better spot.

I'll be on Alcyone tonight, 6PM PST. Anyway, 2AM UK time. I'm a lvl 1 HUcast called HuC6280.

I get crap off some JP players because they are kids who assume I'm Japanese. I never experienced one so rude though.

I really HATE c1. I really can't follow the instructions on the map, I sometimes go the wrong way. I can do the bit with first switch and all of f2. But the splitting up bit and having to stand in the right areas throws me. Other people always screw it up too, invariably leaving me on my own surrounded by monsters when somebody was supposed to have come with me. I just overall hate c1.

I can bring my bf with me, who is a RAcast. He doesn't care about completing c mode and says I can have his char. But I don't want his char, I liked my HUcast, and it pains me to have to do this all over again.

m...sounds like some really bad experiances. I, you might say, took a break from chall after i got my time under 4hours. I have been leveling a HUcl LV55 now. Good teams are so hard to find these days. I have been resorting to JP servers. All the players that I have met there are nice and not as greedy as the ones here are. They do not rush into the next room and kill everything in one or two hits. The forces actually support!

Anyways, if you really want some help I do not mind. um...send me a PM and maybe I can set up a time. I maybe be doing some leveling. To me chall is fun and easy to do. TA is more time consuming to do to find a good map and team.

Even worse luck to report. C mode REALLY hates me.
First try I got, I went back on with my friend and the first guy to join has the same name as the guy who laughed at me. He was a different char but his name was too obscure (ending in punctuation marks to get good cmode ID) for it not to be the same person. I quit after realising my friend did not know c1, and the kid was going to poke fun again. in the previous game he had shortcutted in English "You are a beginner" so part of his fun would appear to be joining games with an E player in and tormenting them. I was J, my friend was E on both occassions.

OK, second game, I teach my friend where to stand on switches. But of course while doing this I can't get anywhere. I also get confused again. I know the area backwards now, but I still felt stupid at the time. Quit and went to bed for a bit.

Third game, my friend has left. I play with my bf. HUne who joined dies on dragon. I calmly ask for another game.

Fourth game, HUne does well, I DC on dragon.

Fifth game, heading for a time of under 11 mins, I DC on dragon AGAIN.

Sixth game, same team. I swap cable cords with my boyfriend because I'm CONVINCED the router hates me - why doesn't he DC on same ISP? We get THREE Monests on F1 and a ridiculous amount of monsters on F2, including FOUR Hildes. We finish with a time of over 15 mins, meaning I will have to do it AGAIN.

This is WORSE than the horrible time I had on c4. I was convinced I'd never get past this stage, because of people dying and DCing. I had a terrible time of it as a HUne, found out that HUnes were fairly pointless on c mode, then I made a HUcast. Got him to c4 in an afternoon, then my boyfriend died on Do ron ron (la la la, whatever he's called) after I offered him my scape NUMEROUS times. Male pride, I guess. But a RAcast can die in one hit and a HUcast can't, so bleh. Second time on c4 I DCed. Third time we made it, nightmarish c4 is OVER, and we did c5 on first try. I said at the time "I will never have to do c4 again, yay!" How ironic this seems now.

Immense thanks to Rudoku for your help. Now I'm not a noob, I know it backwards, and no little shit will make fun if I try to improve my time with the JP TAers, even.
