Episode I or Episode II? Wich one is better? - PSO-World.com Forums

This question has probably been asked before, but since I haven't been on PSOW for awhile, I thought I should ask anyway. I realy need to know if the mass majority of people like episode 1 over episode 2 (or maybey the other way round). I have played pso faithfuly since the dc version was first released. I still find myself spending 90% of my time on episode 1 levels in order to level up (offline). I'm not sure if it is because of the lack of experience gained on ep 2, the lack of enemies to fight or the option of 0 episode 2 quests to select from. Perhaps I am the only one that feels this way, or maybe not... Please vote and comment.

Episode 1: Offline

Episode 2: Online

In all though, I enjoy levelling in EPII more...the levels just add a lot more to the game.

i like Episode 2 better..andi think oyu get more experience in ep2..cuz
1. in episode 1 i leveled up like every 30 minutes to an hour..
2. in episode 2..i leveled up every 10-20 minutes...

EP2 is funner too...better graphics, and more cooler monsters to fight..and fighting olga flow is too much fun..
EP1 gets too boring and blah...

I have counted and there is practically no difference between epi 1 and epi 2 experience, only the epi 2 DOES have more. Why? The levels are SOOO much longer than epi 1 and so more enemies and it does add up to be greater. It only seems faster in epi 1 because you gain more exp per monster but put together epi 2 has more

episode 2 levels are way more detailed and cooler than ep1. and yes i LOVE fighting olga flow, ep1 isnt that bad, i go there sometimes and play it, but i dont usually finish an entire run from forest to ruins. with ep2 i keep going till im done. havent played ep3 dont plan to since i dont like card games at all. even if it is pso.

I just don't like the fact that Sonic Team did not include any quests for episode 2 (gc version). The quests for episode 1 keeps my iterest to level up offline. After level 120, things kinda get boring without quests (offline).

I like Episode 2 better.
The storyline is more interesting, to me at least. Creepy and dark and actually explains some things without having to do seventeen trillion offline quests(Although having a few would have been nice... Well, as long as they weren't crappy annoying ones. '_'

The stages look better, aren't always quite so freaking linear, and have a good atmosphere(They also don't get uglier on Ult like the ep1 stages).
The new monsters in CCA/Seabed are much more interesting to fight and actually present a challenge. Olga Flow can pwn my L108 HUmar. Said HUmar already wasted Falz.
Besides, Ep2 has Elly.

I definetly(sp?) like episode 2 better, just because of how it looks. The monsters are cool in all, the only draw back is that there isn't enough of everything in that version.

Episode is classic, I usually play it when I want to feel like getting back to the game's beginning, or figuring that Ult. Episode 2 is way too difficult for what I want to do.

episode 1 is easy but fun because its very direct...
episode 2 is harder and fun for a challenge

I have always had more fun on Episode I the enemies on Episode II are so annoying.
