For Rangers I like 5/145/50/0, which not so ironically is what I like for Hunters too.

If you like, you could also get a rare mag with those stats. preferably at level 100 it would be 5/45/50/0.

There's a guide around her somewhere for maxing stats mags and such..I think I remember though.

Pow: 40
Def: 5
Dex: 150
Mind: 5

Something like that..might be 140 dex with 10 def/mind, I dunno. But that's for maxing your character's stats.

Me, I'd just go for as high as I could go with dex, and a little power. Something like I listed above would be really nice..but horridly hard, if not impossible, to get.

Yeah. Ranger mags don't really need THAT much Dexterity, since they have the highest accuracy anyway. Do what Bit said. Go for power. The mag he listed there is nice..but it would take a horridly outstanding amount of patience to do that

If you want a rare mag:

Hmm..now that I look at that, I think I'll make another mag like that.

Right now, I have a Deva (lvl 200), at..40/110/40/10. :

Everyone points how RAs naturally have a large amount of ATA and that they don't need that much DEX on their mag. I see things differently. RAs have more ATA since they tend to attack from a distance with guns and the further you're away, the more ATA you'll need. True that guns provide more ATA than melee weapons, but is that really enough? Also, higher base ATA allows for you to use stronger guns earlier on.

RAmars only need 22 ATA to max it at level 200.

Edit: whoops, RAcaseal. Still doesn't need that much ATA for max stats. Anyway, RA's don't need insane amounts of DEX, but should have a nice amount, 30-60, and more power, since I know from experiance it isn't enough to just hit, you actually need to more than 0 damage to kill an enemy.
