According to the guides:

Burning Foie based attack at tech level 100+
I tried out a Burning S-Rank special, and I think that this may be a slight exaggeration...

I tried the special on a Bartle and the overall damage was 231. But my RAmarls Foie 20 does roughly the same (possibly more, it's been a while since I used it on Forest)

I was originally going for a Handgun to have with a Burning Special, but I don't think I will now...

was the tech foie and the special burning done by the same character? i heard, weapons tech specials take the characters MST in account... so its rather useless for an android? (then again, i've seen a RAcast do good damage to a pan arm with a fire special in challenge stage 4 recently, hm...)

Yep. Same char. My level 165 RAmarl w/ 808 MST

S-Rank Burning - 211 Damage
Level 20 Foie - 313 Damage

Hmm. Could the weapon itself be the Cause? Maybe other weapons have stronger specials because of the lack of long range.

Still, with this development, I may go with Zalure. Or a Rifle/Shot class.

i think it takes the tech level and adds 100 attack power? added with atp
