Supposedly it's some tribute to the King Rappy of PSO's past. I was massively disappointed when I smacked over a giant El Rappy in V2 and it dropped a piece of crap. ^_^; Oh well! Still, it's a fun thing when a rappy drops in the size of a Booma.

Someone ought to draw that some time... a King Rappy falling on top of a Hildebear or something.

Not really, king rappy looks to be as fat as normal rappy, just bigger, like the gut hasn't been made to look obese or anything!
