Listen to this peeps!! This is weird. I have a HUcast at Lvl 63 (YellowBoze) and i was leveling up another mag for my force and i was feeding it moon atomizers and it was already above lvl 100 at lvl 109 it turned it Rati (rare mag of course) but i was trying to get a rare mag or anything i didnt even know the formula for getting Rati. But i thought it was pretty kool though =), but kinda weird cause i thought u could only get a rare mag when meeting the formula at lvl 100 but i guess i was wrong.
