Edit: This was last year, ill this be maybe ST does a recyle of the quest, if not ill will delete this post!
On the 17th October the yearly halloween event & quest will be added, the reward for this quest is cakes. Collect 8 different flavour cakes and you can obtain Jack-O-Lanterns from which you can get the Mag Cells! The quest takes place in Jungle, mountain and Beach, beware of the Halo Rappies as they like to play tricks on you! Does this mean I have to do the quest 8 times or do you get 8 cakes and trade them in for 1 mag cell or 1 cake = 1 mag cell or...? I dunno. I'll find out when it comes out I guess.

It might still be coming, they recycle quests anyhow. They will probably announce it close to the release date.
